+8 Brakes 1978-1981:

Factory fitted with the Millrace 6Jx14 Wheels, the original Calipers changed to a 3’’ centres on the Mounting Holes and are marked T48. Similar to the M16’s but are not interchangeable, they also have metric threaded Brake Hoses.

These cars are now equipped with 6 ½’’ x 15’’ wheels, the Calipers have 3’’ centres on the mounting holes and are marked T48. Like the M16’s but are not interchangeable, they also have metric threaded brake hoses.

The most popular upgrade for these is the 300mm vented conversion. These discs are 22mm thick and for everyday road use will give all the braking performance needed.
