Roadster Flywheels

The Dual Mass Flyweel fitted to the Morgan Roadster has been known to fail when used in competition.

The symptoms include difficulty selecting gears, and increased clutch judder, with the worst case scenario being a destroyed gearbox.

We offer a lightened one piece flywheel for the V6 Roadster

Manufactured in EN8 steel, with a new uprated clutch assembly it is a direct replacement for the original

The stock dual mass flywheel weighs 12kg- ours weighs 9kg! 

This is the regulation minimum flywheel weight for Class R in the Morgan challenge series.

Duratec I4 Bellhousing to T5 Gearbox

We can now offer a CNC machined aluminium adaptor plate to allow the Duratec I4 RWD MT75 Bellhousing to be bolted directly to a T5 Gearbox.

We will need your bellhousing as there is a small amount of machining neccessary to the belhousing itself.
