Roadster V6 Track Sump
Exactly the same preparation as the road sumps.
The front section is filled in with a fabricated aluminium box to greatly increase the capacity.
As used on the Roadster Lightweights racing in the Morgan Challenge series

Developed for the Roadster challenge series.
For extra oil control we have a special baffle plate, which has a much better profile around the sump casting which slows the surge under severe cornering.
With diverter vanes to help the oil flow towards the pick up pipe.

Roadster V6 Road sump
Modified to give an additional 20mm of ground clearance.
Usually sufficient for most applications.
That makes the gearbox crossmember and the bellhousing the lowest parts on your car.
Internally, the oil pump pick up pipe remains standard.
The sumps are sold on an exchange basis, and we try to keep them in stock for immediate despatch.
Even if your sump is damaged, no matter how badly, it is usually repairable. This might incur a small surcharge for the extra time.
New sump castings are about £140.00, so it is worth having the old sump repaired.

Rover V8 Sumps
We have done many of these sumps, for various applications.
Morgan, Westfield, TVR, Marcos, MGBV8, TR7V8, and specials.
We always use the late Range Rover pressing ERR 4633, as these are the better quality to start.
Sumps can be standard depth, preferably, or shallower for more ground clearance, as used mostly on Marcos and Westfields.
With shallower sumps it is more difficult to baffle and control the oil. Where space allows, it helps to box the front section to gain extra capacity, and we can put extensions on the sides, known as ‘big wings’.
From £250.00
Product options:
Low level ‘Westfield’ sumps.
Also used on Marcos, TVR, Dax, Morgan
Using the late ERR 3677 pressing, we fabricate an extended sump to suit the special cars that have a lack of ground clearance.
The standard sumps are 5.1/2” (140mm) deep.
We cut the base to 4.1/2” (115mm) deep, gaining ground clearance.
Where chassis clearance allows, we extend the front of the sump for extra volume
We can also extend the sides to make a ‘big wing’ where clearance allows
